PhoneWorks
The Citizens Utility Alliance sees telecommunications as an essential tool that helps households reach their potential and improve their lives. We also understand that there are numerous barriers that stand in the way of households having affordable, reliable phone service. PhoneWorks is a project aimed at assisting households in overcoming the barriers through the education of housing advocates and at the household level.
Our goal is to increase the access to affordable telephone service for all households in the State of Washington through both household and housing advocate education.
